Return Conditions

The product must remain unused, unwashed, unstitched, uncut and unaltered. Once fabric has been stitched, washed, cut or altered, it cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

For verified damaged, defective or incorrect products, Heerika Fabrics will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–6 business days after verification and quality check. The amount actually paid for the product will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Yes. We make every effort to show the actual fabric, colour, print, embroidery/work, dupatta and suit components as clearly as possible. Please note that slight colour variation may occur because of screen brightness, device settings and photography lighting. Model images are styling references to help you visualise how the unstitched fabric can look after tailoring.

What exactly will I receive with this suit?

Every product page clearly mentions what is included—such as the top fabric, bottom fabric, dupatta and inner/lining wherever applicable, along with their approximate measurements. Heerika Fabrics sells unstitched suit sets only, so stitching, jewellery, footwear and styling accessories shown in model photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Will the fabric be enough for my size and preferred stitching style?

We mention the approximate fabric length of every component on the product page so that you can plan your stitching confidently. However, fabric requirement depends on your height, body measurements, kurta length, sleeve style, neckline, flare and bottom design. We strongly recommend showing the listed measurements and product photographs to your tailor before cutting the fabric.

How long will my order take to reach me, and is COD available?

We normally prepare and dispatch orders within approximately 4–5 business days. Final delivery time depends on your location and the delivery partner. Cash on Delivery is available across eligible Indian pin codes, and tracking details are shared through email and/or WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
  1. If you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, incorrect item or missing component, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for such claims. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund according to our policy. Preference-based returns or exchanges, and products that have been stitched, washed, cut or altered, are not eligible.
