These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Heerika Fabrics website, purchase of products, creation of an account, submission of reviews and all related interactions with us.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
Account-based checkout and guest checkout may be available. OTP, email or telephone verification may be required for account creation, checkout, COD confirmation, fraud prevention or order processing.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information.
3. Products sold
Heerika Fabrics sells unstitched ladies’ suit sets only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page:
- Products are supplied as unstitched fabric.
- Stitching, tailoring, alteration or customisation services are not included.
- Styled or model images are for design and presentation reference.
- Accessories, jewellery, footwear, bags and other styling items are not included.
- Customers must independently arrange tailoring and stitching.
The exact components, fabric type, approximate measurements, work, colour and inclusions will be stated on the individual product page.
4. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, videos, colours, descriptions and measurements accurately. However:
- Screen settings, lighting and photography may cause slight colour variations.
- Handwork, weaving, printing and embroidery may have minor variations.
- Fabric lengths are approximate.
- Products may differ slightly from styled images because they are supplied unstitched.
The information on the individual product page will prevail over general promotional content.
5. Approximate fabric lengths
Unless another measurement is displayed on the product page, a suit set may generally include:
- Top fabric: approximately 2.25 metres
- Bottom fabric: approximately 2.25 metres
- Dupatta: approximately 2.25 metres
Lengths may vary by design, cutting method and finishing. An approximate variation of up to ±0.25 metre may apply unless a different tolerance is displayed on the product page.
Customers should review all measurements before placing an order and consult their tailor regarding suitability.
6. Prices and taxes
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.
Prices will be treated as inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final payable amount will be displayed at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error.
7. Payment methods
Available payment methods may include:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank transfer
- Other methods made available at checkout
Payments may be processed through third-party payment, checkout or logistics partners, including Shiprocket or other service providers.
Heerika Fabrics does not ordinarily store complete card or banking credentials.
8. Cash on Delivery orders
COD may be offered for eligible PIN codes and orders.
A ₹300 advance COD booking amount may be required. This amount will be adjusted against the final order value payable at delivery.
The ₹300 booking amount will be non-refundable where the customer:
- Cancels the COD order;
- Refuses delivery;
- Provides an incorrect or incomplete address;
- Remains repeatedly unavailable;
- Causes the shipment to be returned to origin; or
- Otherwise fails to accept the confirmed order.
The booking amount will be refunded where Heerika Fabrics cancels the order or where refund is required under applicable law.
We may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or cancelled.
9. Order acceptance
An order confirmation does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is subject to:
- Product availability;
- Successful payment or COD verification;
- Correct pricing;
- Deliverability of the address;
- Fraud and security checks; and
- Acceptance by Heerika Fabrics.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to stock errors, pricing errors, payment failure, suspicious activity, quantity limitations, technical problems or an undeliverable address.
Where we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will ordinarily be initiated within 4–5 business days.
10. Order modifications
A request to modify an order must be made:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order; or
- Before dispatch,
whichever occurs earlier.
Subject to availability, a customer may request a change in:
- Delivery address;
- Colour;
- Quantity; or
- Product.
A replacement product must be of the same or higher value. Substitution for a lower-priced product is not permitted.
Any additional amount must be paid before the modified order is processed.
Address or product changes cannot be made after dispatch.
11. Cancellation
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. The ₹300 COD booking amount will remain non-refundable, except where the order is cancelled by Heerika Fabrics or refund is legally required.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

12. Shipping and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 4–7 business days, depending on the courier, PIN code and destination.
Delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier issues, weather, holidays, strikes, government restrictions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers cannot open the parcel before accepting delivery unless the courier independently provides such a facility.

13. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not offered for change of mind, dislike of colour or fabric, preference issues or incorrect customer selection.
A remedy may be available where:
- A wrong product was delivered;
- The product arrived damaged;
- There is a manufacturing defect; or
- A component is missing.
Claims must normally be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include the required evidence, including a continuous unboxing video.

14. Customer accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
We may suspend or terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, abuse, repeated refusal of COD orders, false claims, unlawful activity or violation of these Terms.
15. Promotions and coupon codes
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Only one coupon may be used per order.
- Coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non-transferable.
- Coupons have no cash value.
- Promotions may be limited by product, quantity, date, account or location.
- Coupons may expire without extension.
- Promotional benefits are subject to stock availability.
- We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud or misuse.
16. Reviews, photographs and user content
Customers may submit reviews, photographs or videos.
By submitting non-personal content, you grant Heerika Fabrics a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and repost that content on the website and organic social-media channels.
We will seek appropriate permission before using an identifiable customer photograph or video in paid advertising.
We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, defamatory, misleading, irrelevant, infringing, fraudulent or contains private information.
You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the content.
17. Intellectual property
The Heerika Fabrics name, logo, monogram, tagline, website design, photographs, videos, product presentation, graphics, text and other content are owned by or licensed to Namo Textiles.
No person may copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or use such material without prior written permission.
18. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully;
- Submit false information;
- Attempt fraudulent payment or refund claims;
- Interfere with website security;
- Introduce malicious code;
- Scrape or copy product data without permission;
- Impersonate another person;
- Misuse reviews or communication channels; or
- Infringe our intellectual-property rights.
19. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, couriers, advertising platforms, analytics tools and social-media services.
Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Heerika Fabrics is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under law.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heerika Fabrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:
- Improper washing or care;
- Tailoring errors;
- Incorrect measurements supplied to a tailor;
- Customer-selected styling or stitching;
- Colour differences caused solely by device displays;
- Delivery delays outside our reasonable control; or
- Misuse of the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Wholesale and business orders
These Terms primarily govern retail consumer orders.
Wholesale, bulk, resale and business-to-business orders are subject to separately agreed commercial terms and may have different payment, cancellation, shipping, return and dispute conditions.
22. Force majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruption, government action, riots, strikes, epidemics, internet failure or courier interruption.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any jurisdiction available to a consumer under applicable consumer law, courts and competent forums in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
24. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published with an updated effective date.
